just a thought, if csu and uc’s are blaming the government for the lack of funds its not entirely the governments fault, right? because some people that actually have the money to pay for UC’s and CSU’s settle for CC’s because UC’s and CSU’s rejected them, if UC’s and CSU’s want more money…
